Good selection The tile shop has a big selection. I think the sales people work on commision because our salesperson was able to come down on price on what we bought.
great place these guys have their act together. we have had many great experiences at the bloomington store. we will be back.

Tile Shop is BEST I like the Tile Shop. As a professional installer their customer service is on par with the home Depot, which I've always considered good. They have the guts to employ a tall dread-locked guy named "Saudi Muslim", who, by the way, is very good at his job and customer service. Returns are very liberal, as much as Home Depot also; they're geared towards do-it-yourselfers. Good luck Disorganized and overly assertive salespeople. One open box hade greasy hand prints and scratches in it for a needless trip back. Then had to wait a week for them to restock. Of course the scratched pieces went back on the shelf.
more for designers Went we were just starting out on our "tile journey" and really felt out of place because of our lack of experience. It appeared to be a very nice tile store with many gorgeous selections. Probably more of a shop that deals directly with designers rather than lay public / inexperienced public. So if you know what you are doing, it's worth a stop.
Tile Shop customer service is terrible I had a miserable experience at The Tile Shop on Feb. 6, 2011 and will never go back there. You would think that a place called The Tile Shop would, you know, be able to handle easy requests for tile. I called before driving all the way over there to make sure the shop can cut a total of six tiles down to a custom size as we have an odd project that standard sizes don't fit. Great Service and Selection We were refered here by our granite contractor. We went on a Thursday and were met at the front counter by two people. The salesperson my contractor recommended immediately waited on us. She gave us great service and after 90 minutes of comparing different set ups we placed an order. We were told it would be there Tuesday and it was. We had extra material and they promptly refunded our money.
I don't believe you! I recently designed two houses in the great falls. I didn't know anything about the tile shop til three months ago. I was told by a friend to go to their store. I went there, and I got to say WOW! I've never seen anything like anywhere! they had a HUGE selection! I worked with different people there since I had two projects and they were really knowledgeable! and I must say, they knew what they were talking about!
