A neighborhood gem – I had a great experience with these guys, definitely a find. The owner Sam Hahn was very knowledgeable and helpful, and it's the level of service that I think sets this tile store apart from the others in the neighborhood, and I have definitely shopped around. Great selection as well, you'd never think it just driving by. I highly recommend giving them a try.
STAY AWAY! – I would urge any homeowner or first time buyer to STAY AWAY from these thieves. Please do no make the same mistake I made! I bought over 200 sq ft. of marble tile from one of their stores, but my contractor would not use over one third of it saying the tiles were broken/cracked/chipped. The store owner would not refund or exchange, so I escalated to the corporate office. They said it's not their problem, that I had to deal with the local branch, and refused to give me a refund.
