This is the second bathroom that Hugo Gonzales, Tile Mechanic, has done for us. He is the nicest man who actually comes when he says he will and has done a wonderful job. His quotes are very well outlined and gives you the choice of doing your own demolition and haul away. Both times I bought my own materials and paid for labor. His prices are fair and his work is very good
Buyers Beware!! Poor professionalism and customer service. Failed to tell me that only accepted payment is cash. When discussing the estimate. I was quoted $2700 for renovations. I informed him of all the repairs I’ve had on the house recently, I am low on funds - that I had to go with the cheapest option. (That would have been a good time to tell me that only cash payments are accepted.) I agreed to cheaper repairs. He came a couple of days later to repair and when he was leaving told me he’d be back the next day to finish.... read more
