We could not have been happier with their work. Not only the technical aspects of their work but working with them. After having our bathroom remodeled a few years ago, we realize that they were problems. Lucas and his crew came in and identified many things that were done incorrectly. I have worked with The Tile Man twice - for a slate mudroom floor, and for a glass mosaic kitchen backsplash. Both times, the work was done well and the quality of the work done met my high standards, which is why I feel obligated to give a couple stars. However, the lack of professionalism by the workers, and the way I was actually treated disrespectfully by the owner is what has promped me to write this negative review.
