I have been totally let down by this company and the people who work for them. I have been waiting for a replacement toilet unit for over 10 months and after 19 emails several phone calls and 2 show room visits I have just found out that they are no longer trading. .I feel both fobbed off and lied to by Jamie and Lauren who on numerous occasions asured me that the item was on order. It now looks like I am going to be left significantly out of pocket!!
