I’ve stayed here several times and I always enjoy my stay.. for the price it’s worth it. I will say.. if you’re going to stay here bring a fan or fans cause the air conditioning sucks! Everything else makes up for it.. the rooms are nice.. the pool is really nice and clean.. the front desk folks are nice.. the price isn’t outrageous.. the beach access is awesome.. the fact it’s right next to Clayton’s and you get to see the fireworks right next to you.. fantastic! Do not stay in Condo 141. The bed was so high, we used the kitchen chairs to get on them, which was dangerous. In all my life staying in condos and hotels, I have never slept on a bed that was hard like a rock. We had to go buy a 3 inch mattress topper to sleep comfortably. This only lasted one night because the bed was now even higher. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed 2 nights. We left in the morning on the third day. cleaned up the room and dishes before leaving, did not take out the trash and got charged 60 dollars, didnt realize i was renting an airbnb. had to get a new code for the door since the one given the first time didnt work. staying was not too bad but the 60 dollar trash fee kind of stings when im already paying 700 dollars for two nights 😅

Please don't make the reservation through VRBO, I payed a lot more ($250usd) for "cleaning", the host sent pictures of "garbage" that it wasn't mine two days after the checkout, when you can't defend yourself. I'm pretty sure that the owner doesn't know. It's a great place, great location, but please do the reservation through tiki directly, not vrbo.
