We flew into Chicago specifically to purchase ties for our upcoming wedding because I had heard such great things about The Tie Bar and wanted a higher-end experience than simply ordering online. Additionally, Suit Supply, where we purchased my fiancé's wedding suit, highly recommended The Tie Bar, which further reinforced our decision to make the trip. This review is for the online store not for the in person store. The company has very poor response times and is difficult to reach via email. They do not adhere to their 24 hour rule. They also don’t ship orders out in a timely manner. If an order is confirmed at any point near a weekend. Good luck having it shipped out until almost a week later. I’ve ordered from The Tie Bar online store a few times, all went well, however recently this was not the case. I never received my ties, an email was responded to once confirming an error, and never heard back again, online, they cannot be reached by the phone number provided. I’m very disappointed and feel like I’m out a significant amount of money. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
