We have been to Tie Bar several times over the past few weeks to look for bow ties and pocket squares for my fiancé and his groomsmen. Each time the customer service has been impeccable. Today we did a somewhat complicated return/exchange and Maya was so gracious in helping us. Will absolute be back and will recommend to other brides and grooms in Chicago and beyond!

Excessive shipping costs on returns.
I ordered five pairs of suspenders, five adjustable pre-tied bow ties, and five pocket squares for my fiancé and his groomsmen from The Tie Bar’s online store. The suspenders came packaged beautifully, which is what I expected for everything else in the box. However, things were dusty and some of the pocket squares (which are white) had small debris on them. The bow ties and pocket squares were packaged in plastic poly bags, which would be fine if I was ordering from Amazon, but I expected more from a higher end retailer. Ov... read more
Weirdly unwelcoming. The employees were standing in front of the some of the drawers of ties, so I couldn't fully browse their stock. I'm happy with the tie I purchased though, its quite nice.
