They use DHL domestic. It takes them 7 business days to ship a few states over. And they charge you $7 for the courtesy. This just isn’t good enough today. The money they save using DHL domestic is a mirage: it is very likely costing them a lot of business.
Stopped in for a necktie an a belt for an upcoming wedding. Was greeted with friendly and helpful service, some advice, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Perfect!
I was rather disappointed with the in person service received. My husband forgot his bow tie at home (Wisconsin) an event. We decided to run here in hopes of finding a replacement. Since we purchased all the ties for our wedding back in 2018 and they were nice. Upon entering, we were greeted as if we stumbled upon the wrong place. Reasonably nice staff, but was surprised to find out they do not have near the selection of ties they do have on their website available. I asked for a tie in a specific color and I thought I would get multiple options, I was instead told "Not until May" which is about 7 months away.
