I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with The Estates at Newport in West Sacramento House Builders, and I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied and frustrated I am with their services. This company not only mishandled my loan (Jack-the lender) and ruined my credit score but also ultimately canceled our contract (April-agent, and the builder), leaving me in a state of financial and emotional distress.
