Not bad, but not good
Talked to them was askied for 150 to get records even though I sent them and after that they won’t even answer phone or return calls total scam
People were nice and professional when I walked in for help a few months ago. They told me what it would cost and that I wouldn't have to do anything and I'd have zero points on my licenses.. the price was less then the ticket and no points I was like this is a no brainer.. now jump 3 months forward I get a letter saying my licenses will be suspended if I dont pay what I owe?? Unhelpful and rude. This place can't even let you use their wifi to look up a ticket. Even when your kid is there screaming. I would never go back here. The owner is also dismissive and arrogant.
Terrible experience with them. They wasited 2 weeks of a 30 day notice before telling me the outcome, leaving me not enough time to complete the courts request. Even when they did respond they failed to send all the documents leaving out important information. Waste of money.
