I paid $1,200 to hire this firm for an excessive speeding ticket and, unfortunately, did not feel the service justified the cost. The only time I spoke directly with an attorney was when I requested one at the time of hire — and that interaction felt rushed and dismissive. After that, all communication, including my case outcome, was handled strictly through email with no real access to counsel. Not satisfied with the The ticket clinic. A lawyer appeared on my behalf, did not negotiate a better deal, did not improve my results - charged me a fee to show up and court still had to pay full ticket, full points assessed, with court Costs. I would say that they did not even try to get a better result.
