You can honestly handle traffic infractions on your own just as well if not better than these guys. Communication is non existent always sit on hold for 20+ mins to be told you will be emailed, after about 8-10 times of doing this you will hopefully get the information. You will also more than likely find out that you only have 2 weeks to pay your court cost because they never gave you that information. TLDR; AVOID THEM!!
