Update: After writing the initial review, I had the opportunity to sell my home with Tia. It was great! She's an amazing realtor, and I can't recommend her enough! Although I didn't get to work with Tia (I ended up deciding not to sell my property), our interactions were amazing. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me, giving me very specific information to help me out, and even went out to my property and gave me a list of possible improvements to increase market value.
