Use to be my go to place, unfortunately the last few times I’ve gone I’ve been so unhappy. One time took chunks out of my eyebrow (after mentioning to only do a clean up!!) the last time didn’t even do a good job cleaning up the hairs around. I don’t like writing bad reviews but the last few times were not good, hoping it can go back to how it was when I use to go.
Narita provided an excellent service and very detailed oriented when it came to my eyebrows. Love it!
Came in today and got treated with the worst customer service and the lady was so awful she messed up my left eyebrow. She kept exhaling like she didn't want to do my eyebrows, went super fast and hard making my skin bleed a tiny bit. Treating women's faces like a quick and fast buck isn't going to have good results. Will never come back.
