This was my first and last time to this place. My experience is shared to alert potential customers. A significant overcharge occurred to me, which can only be described as theft of money from a credit card. I strongly advised to request a receipt. Shame on you!
Love this place! I’ve been going here for years for my eyebrows! All the ladies are fantastic and especially Babita! Highly recommend !!
The technician treated me very rough didn’t do a good clean up job and just awful customer service. I’ve never had this happen before. My eyebrows look awful. Even though it was a free service,that I’m still confused about because my last visit I was told I had a free service pending because I’m a returning customer she was unable to respond to any question I asked her.
