I am quite appalled by the lack of customer service by one of your employees today. I had an eyebrow thread today and m experience was terrible. The lady who did my brows was careless and I find that quite rude after spending $18. I’ve expected the threading to be painful, but I was shocked having to clean up her mess myself. I had to ask for a spray of rose water to get rid of the hair on my face as she walks over to the register and gets the eftpos machine ready. I been to armadale threading center today . The lady Bijal assist me . She has very soft hand while doing threading. I didn't get any pain afterwards and during my eyebrows done. She is my personal favourite from today . As i have very sensitive skin which makes bleed while threading but today it was not happened.. Thanks bijal ...
