Jay is awesome! I call him morning, noon and night and he always comes right to the restaurant to help. The customer service is unbeatable! He has even looked at footage for me to help solve discrepancies! He is very patient when explaining everything and doesn't mind repeating instructions several times, lol. If you are in need of AV in your home or business, book him immediately!
Best in the biz. Super knowledgable and professional. Outstanding customer service, even on weekends! I really appreciate that Jay uses his F&B background to consistently work with his customers, "in the biz" or not, to get the most value for your AV needs. We were able to focus on our AV expansion rather than clutter. Highly recommended!
