Caitlin is so helpful and accommodating! Tries hard to get pieces in that you like and are looking for and cleans my Jewlery whenever I need it. Remembers what my favorite stones and what my style is. Works with me and my husband and is responsibly priced. Definitely a reason to support locally with her!

I had a wedding ring designed here several years ago. Within a couple months, several of the diamonds were falling out. I took it to another jeweler and was told that they never should have put the diamonds in that setting (they are antique, family-heirlooms!)…I ended up having to spend $1000 to get it fixed. Additionally, I found out that the prongs were made with sterling silver instead of platinum! I’ve spoken to several other people over the years who have had similar experiences. This jeweler is not like it used to be.

This place used to be very reliable and good. Unfortunately, they are no longer what they used to be. Several of my prongs and tips on my ring had worn off…so I took it in. Three weeks later, I was charged for the replacement of two tips. However, when I got the ring back, nothing had been done on it. I had to take it to a jeweler in Bozeman instead. They told me that the tips were still missing and the prongs needed replacing. Very disappointed.
