I love sourcing tile here for my client projects! Staff is knowledgeable and the selection is fantastic. When I need that special WOW tile, Thomas Brick is my go to!
The tile-picking experience was fine, but when it came to buy tile, I was left feeling bamboozled and hung out to dry. And I spent nearly $60K on brick and tile. First, the upcharge on freight was bananas. I ordered tile from a total of 4 vendors... One was the same tile quoted by Thomas Brick at 20% the freight costs (same tile, same quantity, same origin, same destination... 80% cheaper freight).
