Love the folks at The Thomas. My experience has been outstanding. From move-in to the few maintenance issues, they have all been handled quickly and without issue.
Urgent Warning: Do Not Live Here!!! My experience with this building was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering a move here to look elsewhere. A functioning air conditioner is a basic necessity, and a stated amenity in my lease, but my unit was without AC from June 9 to July 16. Despite being provided a portable unit, the apartment remained an unlivable 90 degrees. It is satisfying to live in this condominium, excellent infrastructure, impeccable aesthetics and safety.
I love my new apartment, the girls in the office are top Knotch and my neighbors are amazing. Great experience so far.
