“Living at this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience! The service is top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. I like that I can wake up in the morning and go to the rental office and grab a fresh cup of coffee before I start my day and I don’t have to go to Starbucks or any of those coffee places 😁. If having a garage is important to you, DO NOT get this place. I got locked out of my garage 4 or 5 times in less than 2 months. They don’t work if electricity goes out. I’ve talked to other garage neighbors and they’ve all experienced similar issues. First time it happened to me, the maintenance people (not their fault at all and the maintenance and staff here is good), had to cut a hole in my neighbors garage to access mine. When you’re paying $155 a month for a basic garage, you’d expect it to work reliably.

Update: I have lived here for over a year now and I continue to be super pleased with my experience. I absolutely love my apartment. We have community events too, which are always fun. I love the amenities too! Special shout out to my friends in the office and on the maintenance team-- they do a spectacular job! --------------------- Property manager and maintenance team worked with me to provide routine maintenance on my schedule. Friendly and dependable; I am so happy to be a part of this community!
