The staff at Wilcox Communities Thomas are so helpful and friendly! Katina and Jenny have gone above and beyond to help me with any needs I have. They are so respectful and knowledgeable it makes living here so comfortable. I looked all over that are and this complex was the nicest, most modern/updated apartments I could find. Really nice clubhouse and pool plus the staff is amazing!
Our stay at The Thomas was wonderful. It is a beautiful, well-maintained community that truly feels like home. The maintenance team was excellent—always responsive, professional, and quick to address any issues, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. We especially want to thank Katina and Jenny, who are absolute sweethearts. They were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Beautiful apartment complex. Nice staff. Maintenance could be better. Walls and ceilings are paper thin to the point where you can hear every little thing.
I have had an amazing time living at the thomas!
