Just moved in locally and the Thirsty Tavern is a great spot to wind down after work. Anna the bartender gives great service and makes you feel at home. The live music later at night has been top notch. I only wish for some better drink specials, but the ones they have ain’t bad for the area. Great spot to unwind and/or listen to some live music (both local and out of town acts)
Strolled in on a Friday night with a few other moms for a quick drink. The bartender Anna was an absolute dream! Drinks were great!

Google reviews really should let you give 0 stars, because this place has a long way to go to earn just one. So, I am looking for a new bar, to replace my home bar that's closing Mid-April, particularly one that has Karaoke. I live if Jefferson Park, and wanted something closer to home, and the Thirsty Tavern is a 15 minute walk for me. I've never been there.
