Referal to psychotherapist from doctor. Rang up to book appointment Set date and time Said i will get a text confirmation. Never got text or call that day i was booked. Not even going to bother ringing again or seeking help at all when a clinic cant even care to book an appointment
Fantastic support from Dr Matt, he is caring and gave some great strategies to manage my anxiety and depression.
Dr Warburton is a GP with over 20+ years of experience, who has undertaken additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and is now taking new referrals! I know that many people have difficulty accessing psychotherapy, so this is a great option for those who can get to Paddington.
