If I could give them 0 stars I would! For them being a speech therapy center they have a TERRIBLE lack of communication issue! They forgot to put my son on the schedule and had me show up to his ROUTINE appt (same time every time) only to be turned away. This place won’t last long, all it takes is for one child with a severe case to endure something as a result of their neglect for DUTY OF CARE and for the parents to sue for malpractice. Their therapists have no idea what they’re doing don’t waste your time!

The communication with them is TERRIBLE! We had our initial evaluations, waited weeks for them to call to get put on the schedule. So I called to see what was going on and they just never reached back out to start. AND they put the wrong insurance info in. Finally we start services. Therapist call out ALOT here. It’s always something once a week. Today my son was scheduled for back to back appointments (because if I’m taking him out of school early it better be worth it) I drop him off at 130, he suppose to be there till 230... read more
Great facility staff is very professional and patient with my child. I have seen great progress since we started.
