Poor communication with parent and poor delivery of language services.
Very unorganized.
The staff at The Therapy Connection, truly cares about their clients and very professional. They provide additional services in which other companies of this magnitude does not provide. They provide tools and resources to assist the parent in further educating their children at home and am outside setting.
