Alicia was an amazing massage therapist. This was my first professional massage and she was very helpful through the whole process, checking in with me to make sure the pressure was to my liking. She also reached out the day after to make sure that I was feeling good and not having any soreness/issues and also reminding me to hydrate! I have already booked my next appointment!
Elita does a fabulous job. I love all the methods she uses, bamboo rods, cupping and hot stones. No massage is the same but every massage is just what I needed. I especially like how she checks on me the next day to see how I’m feeling. It is my treat to myself to see her monthly for optimal wellness.
