Was absolutely not happy with the color I asked for my roots to be colored because of gray and I had highlights she gave me two options put toner on highlights and color roots or all over color I said toner and roots she got my hair darker than I expected and didn't cover most of my gray hair . She was rude and didn't seem happy to be doing my hair . Didn't even wash my hair properly because I still have color on my scalp . The lady that did my hair was Miranda
Doesn’t care for the ones who have appointments. Late showing up. I want to know I am valued as a client. Not showing up doesn’t show that
