After viewing most of these reviews I was very certain I would get good customer service. But that was not my case at all Ryan Surratt was very hard to communicate with and get any responses. He would ignore my emails and my spouses as well, very disrespectful. I have tons of emails to proof that. It took Ryan Surratt 4-5 months to tell us he couldn’t work with our loan anymore. I hope my minority status didn’t have anything to do with this.
