WoW!! What ashamed this company has such poor reviews & customer service. I have owned Territory Ahead shirts for YEARS ! One of my all time favorites was a TA!! Now, wife won’t ever consider them again. Too many good retailers out there to put up with there nonsense when it comes to returns. She ordered a couple shirts for Christmas, one came in and the collar was comically oversized. Looks like something “the Fonz” would have worn back in Happy Days. The Territory Ahead short pants I have are so great, so well made--the stitching, sturdy even zip pockets on the bottom, touch of spandex, tunnel belt holes also very sturdy, I wore them for summers. I hope the company can thrive.
Wow - wish I’d seen this site before I ordered. All I can say is ditto to all of the reviews - I used to love TTA clothes, but hadn’t ordered in years. What Happened to this company? Like others, I tried to return a shirt for an exchange, with no luck at all. Out $94. Would rate a ZERO if that was possible.
