This is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever been to. I needed to reschedule a crown and several fillings for a total of over $1200 dollars. I called to reschedule over 24 hours in advance and they told me they would cancel my appointment and charge me $187.00. I told them I still wanted to do business with them, why are they losing $1200 over $187. Not the smartest move. I will be filing a complaint with the board of dentistry and whoever else I need to.
This waa the worst experience i have had in my 50 years of dentistry. Not only did they charge me for a visit i missed, when i had a flat tire, but when i drove from Greenville to Terrell for my appointment and after waiting 1 hour, told me Dr Nix would not be able to see me that day. My husband politely asked if we could have our $75 back for the appointment we had to pay for, that i missed. They did not even give us an explanation.
