Advice- document everything thru emails, texts,pics. The mgr, Jen, is not honest. Caught her in a couple of lies, one of which cost me utity transfer fees. Exterior of bldgs need cleanning and paint. Huge pot holes in parking lot. Apt was fine other than roaches. Still had them after 2 treatnents. Outside is crawling with roaches at night. They will run in if you open the door. Disgusting. Good location. Cheaper than most but you get what you pay for. If possible, spend a bit more and rent elsewhere.
