I would like to express my appreciation of the care extended to my mother. The staff is caring and makes the Terraces feel like home!
Not a safe place to put your family members, very greedy company, The building is very unsafe inside, unfortunately they do not put safety first It's a fairly underpaid and undertrained staff. They bring an agency help, paid out of much higher rate. Would not recommend this place.
We moved my dad to The Terraces when he required 24 hour care and his assisted living could not accommodate his needs. With his advanced dementia, we knew a move may cause him anxiety and stress, and were pleasantly surprised to see him acclimate so quickly to his new private room. All of his needs were being met by compassionate and consistent staff.
