Not a safe place to put your family members, very greedy company, The building is very unsafe inside, unfortunately they do not put safety first It's a fairly underpaid and undertrained staff. They bring an agency help, paid out of much higher rate. Would not recommend this place.
We moved my dad to The Terraces when he required 24 hour care and his assisted living could not accommodate his needs. With his advanced dementia, we knew a move may cause him anxiety and stress, and were pleasantly surprised to see him acclimate so quickly to his new private room. All of his needs were being met by compassionate and consistent staff. Beautiful facility with caring, dedicated staff.
The Terraces is a true jewel on Cape Cod. Beautiful rooms with balconies opening to a lovely peaceful view. If you are considering a skilled nursing center for your loved one, this private pay community will be top of your list! So easy to get to, right off the highway- half way between Hyannis and PTown makes it the perfect location for extended family to stop by while traveling. They also have a small Independent Living building, with a waitlist, so advanced planning is highly recommended!
