the washing machines are literal garbage and the maintenance staff can not speak english let alone fix anything. I have been literally at war trying to get to a point where I feel comfortable washing my clothes in these front load GE washers for 6+ MONTHS. every 4 months it seems there is a new mobile renters portal where you are supposed to access for paying rent and submitting maintenance issues, and every one has a payment problem, or you cant access your documents, or something. This place is a smoker's paradise – and not in a good way. Smoking occurs everywhere: • Inside apartments • On balconies • In backyards • Throughout the parking lot • Inside the garage While there's supposedly a "50-foot rule" in place, it's blatantly ignored. Residents smoke mere feet away from apartment buildings, making life miserable for non-smokers. I loved living here. Beautiful, convenient location. Clean, well maintained property. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Amy (the property manager) is great at what she does!
