This place is a smoker's paradise – and not in a good way. Smoking occurs everywhere: • Inside apartments • On balconies • In backyards • Throughout the parking lot • Inside the garage While there's supposedly a "50-foot rule" in place, it's blatantly ignored. Residents smoke mere feet away from apartment buildings, making life miserable for non-smokers. I loved living here. Beautiful, convenient location. Clean, well maintained property. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Amy (the property manager) is great at what she does!

Amazing management. They are very timely and responsive. The space overall has great finishes and amenities. Would lease here again!
Living at the Terrace has been an absolute pleasure! The Landlady Has been Wonderful, always willing to help you if you need anything. The residents that live here are all very kind and quiet. I broke my leg on site in a motorcycle accident and Amy (landlady) was one of the first on the scene. She stayed and consoled me till the ambulance came. there's no telling what might have happened if she wasn't there to help me. When I had issues with my sink it only took one call and their maintenance team was out the next day to add... read more
