Great apartments, wonderful location. I just resigned my lease after living here a year. My last year has been uneventful and I enjoy the quiet location and respectful neighbors. I love the amenities. Would highly recommend!

Love the staff. Not only are work orders done ASAP, but maintenance (THANK YOU) Jacob found my debit card, brought it to the office, and someone slid it under my door so I didn't have to go without it Memorial Day weekend. They called me before I even knew it was gone. You don't see that nearly as often as you should nowadays.
the washing machines are literal garbage and the maintenance staff can not speak english let alone fix anything. I have been literally at war trying to get to a point where I feel comfortable washing my clothes in these front load GE washers for 6+ MONTHS. every 4 months it seems there is a new mobile renters portal where you are supposed to access for paying rent and submitting maintenance issues, and every one has a payment problem, or you cant access your documents, or something.
