I came to visit the property for a tour this week and I have to say I was very impressed with the property. Very well maintained and The property manager Margarita was so helpful she took us around the entire property and answered all our questions. This property also offers garages for a great price. Most properties don't have garages. We were looking for a 3 bedroom, but we will recommend this property to our friends and family. If I'm ever in need of two bedroom I will be moving here. Thank you Margarita for your help.
I would avoid this place. I just helped some friends move out of these apartments because of how inconsistent the manager is. There are only a handful of guest parking spaces, 4 of them are outside the gate. All the other spots are reserved for residents. There are garages but they are extra. One of the days I was there helping, my friend had a carpet cleaner there. He parked in a reserved spot. The manager told him he could park in the handicap spot. We just moved because we bought a house. This place was a slice of paradise. Luxury living. New appliances, remodel and updated units. Clean. Quiet and the best neighborhood. I left my garage opened by accident more than a handful of times by accident. Nothing ever came up missing. All the neighbors are friendly. Margarita our manager was attentive professional and always on top of things. No complaints. Only people who have anything bad to say are people who do not respect our community. I moved out a month or so, and I had let the manager Margarita know that I would receive a package and she herself told me she would tell me about mail and got my new mail address and would let me know but turns out that’s all a lie. The new tenants stole my package! Also, we had fixed the apartment painted it and fixed all the holes, and we still got robbed! New tenants BEWARE!!! You will not receive your deposit and you will have to pay more than needed!
