I chose the Terraces apartment because the price and look seemed to fit my needs.. I moved in April 30,2024 since that day until today I have had to place a total of 7 service orders because of water leaking into unit.. when I moved I purchased all new furniture and new rugs, not even 2 months in and I have had to take my new rug off of the floor bec... read more

This complex is HORRIBLE and I would not recommend anyone with other options to choose this place!! The upper management have no real concerns about the tenant's health with the mold and mildew under the floor tiles within the units from water leakages in many areas. They have no concern for health! Only have moved there less than 45 days and they refuse to return our security deposit but the expectancy is to stay in the unit under these circumstances and continue bandage repair.
