My mother in law was excepted in to memory care in July ,she was not happy with us at first but in no time she was enjoying all their activities offered and became a cherished part of the community. She was greeted with open arms . This is not an old age home it’s a loving community with the most caring staff anyone could ask for . If you care about your love ones this is the place you want to explore
I was looking for an Assisted Living for my uncle. I toured the Terraces of Westminster. I immediately liked the look of facility and the homelike atmosphere. Allie made the move in process very easy. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly! All of staff there have been very friendly.
Management at this place is horrible and unprofessional, and they need more staff. This place needs to do a company-wide training on professionalism and workplace ethics!
Me and my parents are very happy with The Terraces at Westminster. They arrived in August 2022 and feel good about where they are staying. We haven’t met anyone who wasn’t kind and helpful! My parents have made friends and like there studio apartment. I have peace of mind which is priceless!
