The customer service is awful. The night shift workers aren't helpful. They catch an attitude if you ask them for anything. They don't check the trash on a regular basis, and they don't always respond when patients press the red button for help in a timely manner.
Beautiful facility however for those prices you’d think they’d have CERTIFIED nurses giving meds to your loved ones and they don’t ! They let CNA’s distribute meds and they cannot be held accountable if they make mistakes . ALSO , their staff is EXTREMELY catty and the supervisor Zanetta is very bias to her old staff so don’t expect fair treatment as an employee. Beatiful rooms and friendly, accommodating, professional staff! My dad was in rehab at The Terraces Peachtree Hills for several weeks after a fall. I looked forward to visits there and had great peace of mind while he was there… knowing he was well cared for and enjoying excellent food! I highly recommend The Terraces!
