The Terraces at Morehead Hill truly exceeded all of my expectations! They’re thoughtfully and elegantly designed as well as conventionally located near my favorite downtown Durham spots. I especially love the rooftop terrace, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the downtown view!
These new townhomes are so nice! Really well built and in such a great location! I’d love to be able to walk to the Durham bulls games and dpac and not have to deal with parking! I first saw them when I was biking on the ATT. I got to tour them once and the finishes were so beautiful—some of the homes even have full sized elevators in them—what?! Worth a tour at the least and if you’re in the market for a new home—even a purchase!
The Terraces are a beautiful and much needed addition to our community. The design and finishes are top notch. They are very open while not being cold Also all of the space was used and is very livable. I would be remiss if I did not mention the location, it is great!!
Love these townhomes, amazing location, beautiful views and just a perfect place to call home!
