As a current resident and renter after living here for 6 months I do not recommend living at this community. I will go into detail of my experience once I move out but I’ll say right now it’s old that needs many updates, the management is a joke and not helpful in any way, and the parking situation is ridiculous. The only positive are the lovely ground keepers/custodians who keep the community clean and vacuum/mop weekly.
Very unprofessional. Front desk person hung up on me when I asked for an email to reach out to. Very rude and passive aggressive. Do not recommend anything associated with these people.
Worse ever Management. Such a waste of non refundable money for HOA for access setup which is not done even after 2 months of move-in. They couldn't even maintain any service requests or fix the gate opening issues for months and months. No respect to the people who come and ask for explanation or ETA. Avoid staying or renting this apartment.
