I've been working for the Terraces for 6 months and I love it! The leadership is great and the residents are well cared for. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are treated like one of their own family. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one to check us out!
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE UNTIL THEIR PENDANT SYSTEM WORKS!!! Don’t be fooled by the fancy new dining room, or the updated entryway – when your loved one’s pendant doesn’t work in an emergency, what do those things matter? My mom lived here from January 2024 until August 2024 when we moved her out. She liked the activities and loved her roommate, but it simply became too dangerous for her to stay. Things were fine until she fell in May, and sat on the floor for an hour, then called me and asked me to call the facility ... read more
JoAnn is a tremendous asset to this community! She went out of her way to make arrangements for my sister to visit her late husbands gravesite on his birthday. It was the first time she was able to visit for 1 1/2 years. JoAnn looks out for the residents in Personal Care, and is a very caring lady.
