We had confusion at first and then due to misunderstanding things were escalated. Kennedy and Maria helped us settle the misunderstanding, did everything they could for us and help us settle into our new home. These people have been working hard and I appreciate the assistance they have provided us.
Been a resident for two years and have had nothing but great service. The staff is friendly, maintenance team are on point with work orders, I don’t deal with any bug infestations. I worked with the assistant manager Maria Reyes and as of today she’s done nothing but be helpful with any questions or concerns I have. The staff itself are good at communicating back. Would recommend friends and family to live here.
I been living in these apartments for years doe the first 6 years they had great management. But once new management took over it's been horrible living here. They always have new staff working in the office. When you report anything to be fixed they don't fix it in a reasonable time frame you have keep reporting it. ROACH INFESTATION IS A BIG PROBLEM HERE. MY STOVE HAVE NOT BE WORKING FOR OVER A WEEK NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 6 DAYS NOW FOR THEM TO REPLACE IT.
