The technicians here are fine. The management is horrible. I purchased a home in Mccaysville and needed pest control. I emailed Caleb Duggan at Terminator a photo of the termite stations currently in place and asked if they could use those. He said 'no problem whatsoever' after seeing the photos. Next time I came up there was a pile of the existing stations on my porch and new stations of the exact same kind were put in the same holes where they were. And left me a bill over $1,000.
