For over 10 years I had my termite bond with Terminator and my Mom’s account with them for 7 years. I don’t write reviews that much on companies but the office staff is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. On the two accounts we had, they either didn’t bill or would duplicate bill or come up with some new charge altogether. I even had a lapse in coverage because they didn’t send a bill. The technicians here are fine. The management is horrible. I purchased a home in Mccaysville and needed pest control. I emailed Caleb Duggan at Terminator a photo of the termite stations currently in place and asked if they could use those. He said 'no problem whatsoever' after seeing the photos. Next time I came up there was a pile of the existing stations on my porch and new stations of the exact same kind were put in the same holes where they were. And left me a bill over $1,000.
