Tried to make an appointment and Cheyanne had reached out to me. She told me she was able to see me at 3:30pm, I explained to her that I wasn’t able to see her until 4pm and she ignored this message and asked what I wanted in which I shared options I wanted. She explained it wouldn’t be achievable and when I sent other options, she said the same.
