I had a really frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company. When they arrived, I greeted them and explained the unfortunate timing with my dog getting loose. The lead person commented that the setup area wasn't ideal due to the slope (which I understood), and then asked where to park and unload. I responded, “the driveway.” He ignored the response, asked again, and I gave the same answer.
