I work in the health field and have terrible carpal tunnel to the point I can’t sleep and it’s interfering with my ability to do my job. This office has cancelled my app two times and tried again today for the 3rd time. I know things come up but this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.
Worst experience of my life with a neurologist, when I needed help. I could not get answers from Dr or results of an Angiogram I’ve had. I was referred to this office by my Dr as I need a neurologist, but this neurologist would send me back to the Dr who referred me. Then walked off with no manners stating he wouldn’t discuss my results any further. Broke my heart how I was treated., I need to see a better Neurologist. My first appointment with Dr. Mengesha and I'm already impressed. They were severely understaffed today but you'd never know it by how professional everyone was especially Erika. Dr. Mengesha took time with me and explained what I was experiencing is real and causing my symptoms and pain. He not only listened to my concerns but he took time to show me on my scans where my problems are and gave me hope. I highly recommend Dr. Mengesha and his staff.
Took months to get my 1st appointment, then due to weather it was canceled. Took another 2 months to get in. Once I finally was able to get in, the appointment time was 45min before actually being called to the back. Another 20 to 30 min wait in the room. 2nd appointment today.... I received my reminder text that clearly stated my appointment time was for 8am. 30min wait to get back to the room. Only reason I deal with it is because Dr and his nurse are awesome!
