I do not necessarily have a problem with the doctor but his staff is not only inept but extremely rude. I left this practice because of the office staff. I have a new Neurologist that is so awesome.
After my husband who is a patient had a stroke and this Dr could not get him in for two months. Does the front office staff not have any emergency appointments for two months? Poor planning! No wheelchair chair accessible door, Wow.
Dr. Mengesha is caring, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He listens, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients.
