(Inspo photo attatched) I came in for a simple thin french tip and showed my inspo photo, they came out extremely uneven and chunky, the lady clearly didn’t know how to do them and was even using the wrong brush. I told her to just paint them white. After coats and coats of polish on my nails, having them cut uncomfortably short and still being charged for them I’m extremely annoyed and upset. The only place I trust to get my pedicures! I live 45 mins away, and will always make the trip. The Ten Spot Pickering is very clean and hygienic establishment and the staff are super pleasant and attentive. I usually book with Ganga or Simar, who always do fantastic work and are super sweet. Have had other staff from time to time, and never had a bad visit. Cost is very worth it for the level of cleanliness and service - will always recommend here!

I got a Brazilian and a full leg wax done. The Brazilian was done by Ganga? One she used the same three sticks to dip in the wax pot continuously which is SO GROSS… and she took forever to complete the Brazilian and still managed to leave hair behind… the second person who did the leg wax I don’t remember her name, she was young and so sweet and did the leg wax so quick and efficiently the stars is only for her experience
