They ask people to come in and be models and then when you arrive they have no idea they asked you to come. If I didn't live close by, I'd be so mad. Thank goodness I do live close by but still...waste of my time. I would not return or recommend. Ever.

I’m not one to write a bad review as a reaction and without trying to speak to the team directly but given the generic insincere response I received I think it might be important to share my experience and how it was managed. I went for an eyebrow wax and upper lip wax $45 only to come home and spend 30mins fixing the uneven job on my eyebrows. A week later and I not only have uneven eyebrows I have sooo many ingrowns. My initial 1 star review is pretty much solely based on the experience I had with their manager Jacqueline. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and even chastised the staff in front of us. She had a very manic energy that made me decide after almost a year of biweekly visits to fully stop and find a new salon. I heard through a friend now that she has left so I may have to go back and check how it is again and change my review.
I had my first visit for Brazilian virgin wax along with full legs and full arms waxing with Arya. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again.
