I made an appointment for a lash lift at this location (where i've been hundreds of times before for mani&padi) for 10am this morning and when I came over (in the middle of a heatwave btw) I saw that they closed the place. Like all packed up and permanently closed. They are still giving appointments for this location on their website. No information about the place being closed at all. No call or email or notification telling me my appointment is cancelled. I'm trying to reach out to them but no answer.
Super happy with my nails! The technician was friendly, took their time, and paid attention to every little detail. The salon was clean, and the whole appointment felt relaxing.
