Advocacy and beauty! Yesterday I visited with my sister the beauty bar located at 682 rue St-Paul ouest in Montréal. We decided to turn our manicure into a movement & support Braille Literacy Month so we both had stylish Braille Nails done. A portion of every mani goes to CNIB/INCA because braille matters for children and adults with low vision or sight loss. A big shout-out to this awesome team! Our one-of-a-kind message on nails looks fabulous!

I had a very disappointing manicure experience. The technician cut my cuticle too aggressively, which caused a visible wound and bleeding around my nail. This is not acceptable for a professional manicure.
J’arrive à 12 h 20 et je demande s’ils ont de la place pour une pédicure. On me répond que oui, dans 10 minutes. On m’installe pour faire fondre mon vernis… puis plus rien. Finalement, personne ne me prend en charge ni ne me dit quoi que ce soit. À 13 h 15, rien n’est limé, rien n’a commencé. J’ai quitté et on m’a quand même chargé 23 $. Pire service ever. Je ne recommande absolument pas . De plus l’accueil étais froid et aucune ambiance dans le salon . UN GROS ZÉRO et je suis pas le genre à donner un mauvais avis .
