Emily (the best wax specialist) and Sophary (everything nails!) are wonderful! They are so kind and I have been going to them for years! Management however is another story… I cancelled my membership (I love out of state half of the year and am now moving full time) and they didn’t cancel it. I was charged for almost 8 months due to their mistake and have been going around with KIKI to get this sorted out.
