Very unprofessional. Lack of communication skills. Would not recommend. Darcy was never clear with the process of writing a property deed, nor did she help us in a timely manner. We were new to the process and were clearly taken advantage of. After our initial conversation (over 3 weeks later) we still didn’t have a property deed completed. Review documents prior to closing for accuracy and not come back a week later and ask for more money. did not look prepared at the closing...…..
