I can’t say enough good things about The Telos Project. Multiple family members have benefited from their services that have changed our lives for the better. Even the billing team are sweet as can be!
Don’t think about coming here. Sharing because of a recent experience. They are a joke. We can start with they never answer the phones. I was on hold for an evaluation for my 3 year old and they kept switching my appointment for the intake appointment. On the day of my appointment that they went ahead and switched (and me being up for it agreed) they never called me to start the appointment, I waited 2 hours to be connected, of course they never called me to re schedule but that was okay by me because that was enough for me ... read more
Zero Stars! The one star is strictly because you have to leave at least one star to leave a review. That was one of the rudest representatives I’ve ever spoken to. I scheduled an appointment back in September and they canceled my appointment because I “did not submit the paperwork 72 hours prior to the appointment” When I called asking why I never got an email or phone call about the canceled appointment or a reminder about the paperwork she told me she verbally said I had 72 hours when we spoke on the phone 6 weeks ago!
